What is life coaching for women?

Life coaching for women is structured, one-to-one work on identity, confidence, emotional resilience, and direction. It starts from where you are today and builds forward, rather than working back through your history.

At Restore & Rise it begins with two complimentary sessions, so you can decide with nothing at stake. Everything is online, anywhere in the United States. It is not therapy.

Why Restore & Rise

Coaching that meets you where you are.

You are not broken, and you are not behind. Life coaching for women works best when it starts with your real season, your real responsibilities, and the things you have never said out loud to anyone.

I

Someone who has carried it too

I have spent more than twenty-five years caring for people professionally. I know what it costs to be the strong one, because I have been her.

II

A clear path, not a pep talk

The Restore and Rise Method moves through four steps, so you always know what you are working on and why it matters right now.

III

Faith, only if you want it

Scripture, prayer, and faith-based encouragement are offered, never assumed. The rest of the work stands fully on its own. It is always your call.

IV

Tools that outlast our time together

You leave with practical ways to handle the next hard week, so the steadiness you build keeps working long after the last session ends.

The Restore and Rise Method

Reveal. Regulate. Restore. Rise.

Real transformation does not happen all at once. It happens one intentional step at a time. This is the path life coaching for women follows here, from honest awareness through to lasting change.

ISee Clearly

Reveal

Reveal what has been hidden. Become aware of the thoughts, beliefs, habits, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. Honest reflection creates the foundation for lasting change.

IISteady Yourself

Regulate

Regulate what has been overwhelming. Learn healthier ways to respond to emotions, stress, fear, and life’s challenges with greater awareness and intention.

IIIRebuild Trust

Restore

Restore what has been weakened. Reconnect with your confidence, identity, strengths, and God-given purpose while rebuilding trust in yourself.

IVMove Forward

Rise

Rise into who you were created to become. Move forward with clarity, confidence, and courage, as you begin living with purpose and intention each day.

My purpose is to help women discover the strength, identity, and potential God has placed within them, because someone once believed in me before I believed in myself.

Nurse and Coach

I have been a nurse for more than twenty-five years. I was born and raised in Levelland, Texas, I have been married to Peter for seventeen years, and I am mom to Devyn and Bella and grandmother to two grandchildren, Leonidas and Caelix. When I am not with my family, I am usually sewing or working on something handmade.

I built this practice around life coaching for women who spend their days carrying everyone else, and who quietly wonder who is carrying them. Caring for people is not simply something I do well. It is my superpower.

Good To Know

A few honest answers.

The questions women ask most often before starting life coaching for women at Restore and Rise.

Life coaching for women is a private, forward-looking partnership focused on where you are now and where you want to go. Sessions are built around your goals, your season of life, and the patterns that keep getting in the way. You leave each one with something practical to work on, plus someone in your corner while you do it.
No. Therapy is clinical care that often works through past wounds and mental health conditions, and it is delivered by a licensed provider. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If something clinical comes up, I will say so and encourage you toward the right support. Coaching can sit alongside that care, but it does not replace it.
Not at all. Restore & Rise is a Christian practice, and Scripture, prayer, and faith-based encouragement are available whenever you want them. They are offered, never assumed. The reflection and resilience work stands completely on its own, and your coaching is shaped around what feels right to you.
It is a real coaching session, not a sales pitch, and it is free. You share what has been going on and what you would like to be different, I ask questions, and we work out together whether this fits. You get a second free session before deciding anything.
It takes as long as it needs to take. Plans are client specific, so we shape the pace around you once I understand what you are carrying, with private one-to-one time and text coaching support in between.
Sessions are held online, so you can be anywhere. All you need is a quiet moment and a connection. That also makes it easier to fit coaching around work, family, and the parts of your week that do not move.
Your first two sessions, The Power of Conversation one and two, are free. From there we build a plan tailored to you and your needs, and we talk that through together rather than you working it out from a web page.
The first step is a consultation call. Send a message or call 806-445-9239, and I will get back to you to find a time that works.

The Power of Conversation

Your first two sessions cost nothing

Nobody should hand over money to find out whether a coach is right for them. So everyone starts the same way, with two full sessions at no cost. If it fits, we carry on. If it does not, you have lost nothing and you will know more than when you started.

  • Session oneThe Power of Conversation I. You talk, I listen. What is happening, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different.
  • Session twoThe Power of Conversation II. We look at what came up, name what is keeping you stuck, and map what this work could actually change.
  • ThenYou decide. Continue into the coaching program, or stop here. No follow-up pressure either way.

✦ Your Next Step

You care for everyone. Let someone care for you.

If you are ready for something to change, life coaching for women starts with one honest conversation. No pressure, no obligation, just a chance to be heard and to find out whether this is right for you.

“The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me.”  Psalm 138:8
