The Real Problem
Depletion is not the same as being tired
Sleep fixes tired. Depletion is what builds up after years of being the person who holds everything, while nobody is holding you. Good burnout coaching for moms starts there rather than with your calendar.
It shows up in ordinary ways. You reread the same sentence four times. You snap at the person you love most and apologize before you have finished the sentence. A rare free evening finally arrives, and you spend the whole of it cleaning.
Nobody names it, because from the outside it looks like love. And mostly it is.
You would do it all again. Still, somewhere in the middle of doing it, you stopped being a person with a name and became the one who knows where everything is. Guilt keeps you quiet about that. Resentment does not, and it usually finds the people you least want it to reach.
So the work here is not another system for your week. It is the slower question underneath the exhaustion: who are you when you are not needed, and how do you get her back? That question sits at the center of all our coaching for women, and it lands hardest for mothers.
The Method
What burnout coaching for moms works on
Coaching for moms at Restore & Rise follows the same four movements I use with every client. Nobody hands you a meal plan, a sleep protocol, or a color-coded schedule. The work is about who you are, because that is the part that has gone quiet.
Reveal
Reveal what has been hidden.
We name what you have been carrying, including the parts you have never said out loud to anybody.
Regulate
Regulate what has been overwhelming.
You learn to catch the moment before you snap, so that you have a choice there instead of a reflex.
Restore
Restore what has been weakened.
You rebuild the parts of you that went quiet: your confidence, your voice, and your trust in yourself.
Rise
Rise into who you were created to become.
You start making decisions as a whole person again, not only as the one everybody needs.

Who You Work With
Why I coach mothers
I coach mothers because I have lived the thing I am coaching. I raised two daughters, Devyn and Bella, and I am now grandmother to two grandchildren, Leonidas and Caelix. Alongside that I have spent more than 25 years as a nurse, sitting with people on the hardest days of their lives.
So I am not going to be shocked by anything you say, and I am not going to tell you to be grateful. I raised my girls through long years of nursing, so I already know the arithmetic of a day like yours. Caring for people is not simply something I do well. It is my superpower.
More About TrishaWhat Changes
What it looks like when it starts working
Nobody walks out of burnout coaching for moms transformed in two weeks. The shifts are small at first, and then one day you notice you have been different for weeks without trying. These are the changes mothers tend to describe first.
- You catch the moment before you snap, and you get to choose what happens next.
- You ask for help without the long speech that justifies asking.
- You stop treating rest as something you have to earn first.
- You say no, and it holds, and the guilt afterwards gets quieter each time.
- You have an answer to "what do you want" that is not about anyone else.
- Your confidence stops rising and falling with how the day went.

Before You Reach Out
Questions about burnout coaching for moms
These are the questions mothers ask most often, so here are straight answers about burnout coaching for moms before you pick up the phone.
What is coaching for moms?
Burnout coaching for moms is one to one coaching for mothers who are depleted rather than simply busy. It works on identity, emotional resilience, confidence, and purpose instead of your schedule or your body. You get a private space to say the honest things, plus structure and accountability to change what you decide needs changing.
Is this therapy, or something different?
It is different. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment. Therapy usually works backward to heal what has already happened to you, while coaching works forward from where you are today. If something clinical surfaces in a session, I will say so plainly and point you toward a licensed professional.
Do I have to be a stay at home mom for this to fit?
No. Mothers come to this work from every kind of household and schedule. What matters is the depletion, not the arrangement. If your exhaustion has more to do with a season of life that has shifted, coaching for women in life transition may suit you better. If you are also a nurse, nurse burnout coaching speaks to that directly.
Will this be about routines, meal plans, and getting up earlier?
No. Plenty of coaching aimed at mothers is really about food, sleep, and habits underneath. This is not that. I am not coaching your body, I am coaching who you are. If you want the alarm set earlier, you already know how. The harder question is why nothing feels like enough.
What actually happens on the first call?
You talk and I listen. I will ask where you are, what has you stuck, and what you want to be different six months from now. Then I will tell you honestly whether this is a good fit. There is no script, no pitch, and no pressure to sign anything.
Is faith part of every session?
Only if you want it to be. Faith is part of my own story, and biblical encouragement is available on request and tailored to your comfort level. Plenty of mothers skip that part entirely and the work is just as effective. Nobody will bring it into a session you did not ask for.
Do we meet online or in person?
Sessions are held online, so we can work together from anywhere in the United States. That also means no childcare to arrange and no drive across town. All you need is a door that shuts for an hour and a reasonable connection.
The Power of Conversation
Your first two sessions cost nothing
Nobody should hand over money to find out whether a coach is right for them. So everyone starts the same way, with two full sessions at no cost. If it fits, we carry on. If it does not, you have lost nothing and you will know more than when you started.
- Session oneThe Power of Conversation I. You talk, I listen. What is happening, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different.
- Session twoThe Power of Conversation II. We look at what came up, name what is keeping you stuck, and map what this work could actually change.
- ThenYou decide. Continue into the coaching program, or stop here. No follow-up pressure either way.
