About Restore & Rise

A steadier way through burnout

Restore & Rise is one-to-one coaching for women carrying more than they let on, built by a nurse of twenty-five years who has felt that weight herself.

Our Belief

There are no problems, only solutions. My work is to walk beside women as they move through burnout and back to who they were created to be.

Meet Your Coach

A nurse, and a guide back to yourself

I am a nurse of more than twenty-five years, a wife, a mother, and a woman of faith. I have lived the twelve-hour shifts, the moral fatigue, and the quiet guilt of pouring into everyone else with nothing left over. Restore & Rise grew out of that, and out of one conviction: no woman should have to white-knuckle her way through burnout alone.

I am also mom to Devyn and Bella, grandmother to two grandchildren, Leonidas and Caelix, and married to Peter. My coaching blends nervous-system tools with mindset work and, when you want it, faith, to help you move from “I can’t” back to “I can.” The goal is never a quick fix. It is steadier ground, and tools that keep working long after our work together ends.

“I meet women where they are and walk with them through the seasons that leave them stuck, tired, and unsure of themselves.”

Trisha Guzman, Founder

Why Restore & Rise Exists

Built for the caregivers who forget to be cared for

Nurses are trained to keep going. To absorb the hard shifts, carry other people’s worst days, and show up again tomorrow. But that steadiness has a cost, and for too many nurses it shows up as burnout, anxiety, and compassion fatigue that follows them home.

Restore & Rise began in early 2026 as a place for those nurses to set the weight down, be understood without explaining the job, and rebuild from the nervous system up.

How I Work

The things I hold to, every session

A handful of commitments that shape how coaching feels, from the first consultation onward.

I

I meet you where you are

No fixing, no judgment. We start with the burnout, anxiety, or fatigue you’re actually carrying, and move at a pace your nervous system can trust.

II

Nervous-system first

Burnout lives in the body before it lives in the mind. We begin with nurse-informed tools to calm your stress response, so change has something steady to stand on.

III

Faith, only if you want it

For nurses who want it, we lean on faith as a source of rest and strength. It’s always your call, and never a requirement for working together.

IV

From “I can’t” to “I can”

So much of burnout is the story you’ve started telling yourself. We name the limiting beliefs and self-doubt, and rebuild a steadier way of seeing what’s possible.

V

Tools that outlast our time

You’ll leave each session with something you can actually use on the next hard shift, so the steadiness we build keeps working after coaching ends.

VI

Held in confidence

What you bring to a session stays between us. Coaching is a private space to be honest about how the work is really going.

Who I Work With

This is for you if…

You feel stuck

The work that once meant something now feels like just getting through. You’re out of alignment and not sure how you got here.

Self-doubt runs loud

Limiting beliefs and the feeling that you’re never quite enough follow you from the floor to your front door.

You want deeper roots

You’re looking to rebuild steadiness, and for some, a closer walk with God, as you find your footing again.

✦ Your Next Step

You care for everyone. Let someone care for you.

Book a consultation and we’ll talk through where you are, what’s worn you down, and how coaching could help you find your way back.
