Privacy policy
What I collect, why I collect it, and what I will never do with it. Last updated 23 August 2026.
The short version
I am Trisha Guzman, and I run Restore & Rise Coaching for Women as a sole practitioner. When you fill in the contact form on this site, the details go to me and to nobody else. I do not sell them, rent them, trade them, or add you to any list you did not ask to be on.
If you would like your information removed at any point, email hello.restoreandrise@gmail.com and I will delete it.
What I collect, and why
Only what is needed to reply to you and to coach you well.
The contact form
Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the message. I use it to reply to you and to prepare for your first session. It is stored with the form provider that runs this site and with my email provider.
Coaching records
If we work together, I keep session notes, your personal assessment, and your growth plan. These exist so I can do the work properly and so you have something to keep at the end. They are not shared with anyone.
Text support
Messages you send between sessions sit on my phone and with my mobile carrier. Text support is for encouragement and accountability, not for emergencies or anything clinical.
Site analytics
This site records basic, aggregated visit data so I can see which pages are useful. It does not identify you personally, and there is no advertising tracking on this site.
Fonts
Two typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request. No cookie is set by this site to do it.
Confidentiality, and its limits
Everything you say in a coaching session is confidential. I will not repeat it, and I will not use your story as an example without asking you first, in writing.
There are two exceptions, and I would rather you knew them before you started than after. I may have to disclose information where the law requires it, including suspected abuse or neglect of a child, an elder, or a vulnerable adult. I may also act where there is a serious risk of harm to you or to someone else. Both are about safety, and both are rare.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical care, and I do not hold clinical records. If something belongs with a licensed professional, I will say so and point you toward one.
Your choices

A few practicalities
This site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent me something, email me and I will delete it.
Coaching is delivered online across the United States, and this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If a change is significant and you are a current client, I will tell you directly rather than expecting you to notice.
