You have given empathy away for years, and the well has run low. We work on what refills it, what drains it faster than it should, and how to stay present without handing over every last piece of you.

Nurse Burnout Coaching
You clock in, give everything you have, then drive home with nothing left to say. This is private work with a nurse of more than 25 years.
Nurse burnout coaching is private, one-to-one coaching for nurses carrying compassion fatigue and moral injury. It works on identity, emotional resilience, confidence, and purpose, and never on weight, hormones, or sleep protocols.
Trisha has been a nurse for more than twenty-five years, so you will not spend sessions explaining the job. The first two sessions are free, and everything is scheduled around a rotating roster.

The short version
Nurse burnout coaching is private, one-to-one coaching for nurses who feel emotionally spent by work they still believe in. Instead of managing symptoms, we look honestly at what the work has cost you and who is still underneath it. Because I am a nurse first, you will not spend three sessions explaining ratios, charting, or what a bad night does to a person.
It also helps to say what this is not. We never touch weight, hormones, or sleep protocols. Compassion fatigue is not a nutrition problem, and it rarely improves because another wellness email lands in your inbox. The work is about identity, emotional resilience, confidence, and purpose.
It sits inside my wider coaching for women, which follows the same four movements whoever is in the room. The vocabulary just changes when the woman across from me wears a badge.
I am not coaching your body. I am coaching who you are.
What we work on
Nurse burnout coaching gives you a standing hour that belongs to you, where the goal is not to vent and move on, but to change how you carry the work.
You have given empathy away for years, and the well has run low. We work on what refills it, what drains it faster than it should, and how to stay present without handing over every last piece of you.
Some shifts ask you to do things that sit wrong. Staffing, families, decisions made above you. We name it, separate what was yours from what never was, and work on setting the rest down.
Nursing can quietly become the whole answer to who you are. We rebuild the parts of you that came before the badge, so your identity no longer rests on one schedule and one employer.
Twelve-hour shifts do not end when you clock out. We build real ways to close the day, so your family and your own quiet hours get more than the leftovers.
Your first two sessions are free. From there we build a plan tailored to you and your needs.
Start with a ConsultationThe method
Every client walks the same four movements, and nurse burnout coaching meets you where the work has worn you thin. You will not be handed a worksheet and wished well.
Movement One
Reveal what has been hidden. Become aware of the thoughts, beliefs, habits, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. Honest reflection creates the foundation for lasting change.
Movement Two
Regulate what has been overwhelming. Learn healthier ways to respond to emotions, stress, fear, and life's challenges with greater awareness and intention.
Movement Three
Restore what has been weakened. Reconnect with your confidence, identity, strengths, and God-given purpose while rebuilding trust in yourself.
Movement Four
Rise into who you were created to become. Move forward with clarity, confidence, and courage, as you begin living with purpose and intention each day.
Real transformation doesn't happen all at once. It happens one intentional step at a time.
Is this you?
You do not have to be in crisis to start. Most women who come to nurse burnout coaching are still performing well, which is exactly why nobody notices how tired they are.
Your reviews are fine. Your patients are cared for. Underneath that, you know you are running on habit rather than heart, and you want that to change before it changes on its own.
Somewhere between orientation and now, the answer to who you are became what you do. Rebuilding that answer is most of the work.
You second-guess decisions you once made without blinking. Confidence and self-trust can be rebuilt, and they often return before the energy does.
Coaching asks something of you between sessions. If you will look honestly and take small steps, you will have the opportunity to build something steadier than this.
My purpose is to help women discover the strength, identity, and potential God has placed within them because someone once believed in me before I believed in myself.

Trisha Guzman, Founder & Coach
I have been a nurse for more than 25 years, so this starts from shared ground rather than a textbook. I know the pull of a floor that is short again, the guilt of leaving on time, and the quiet of a drive home after a hard loss.
I was born and raised in Levelland, Texas, and I talk like it. Caring for people is not simply something I do well, it is my superpower. Coaching is how I do that for the women who spend whole careers doing it for everyone else.

Questions
The questions that come up most often on consultation calls about nurse burnout coaching. If yours is not here, ask it directly.
No, I coach women from all walks of life, and this page simply speaks to nurses. The method works the same way whatever your work is. Nursing is where I started, so it is where I can meet you fastest.
Coaching is forward-looking work on goals, habits, and identity, while therapy treats mental health conditions and often works through the past. I am not a therapist or a counselor, and coaching is not diagnosis or treatment. Many women see a therapist and a coach at once, and the two sit alongside each other well.
No, and nurse burnout coaching is not built to push you out of the profession. Some women use it to stay and change how they carry the work. Others use it to decide clearly rather than react. The goal is that the choice becomes yours instead of something exhaustion makes for you.
Only if you want it to be. Faith-based encouragement and biblical integration are available upon request and tailored to your comfort level. Plenty of women work with me without it, and nothing here depends on where you stand. You set that, and you can change it later.
You talk, and I listen. I will ask what is going on, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different. Then I will tell you honestly whether coaching is the right fit. There is no pitch and no pressure to decide on the call.
It takes as long as it needs to take. Plans are client specific, so we shape the pace around you once I understand what you are carrying. That is enough time to move through all four movements properly, and it flexes around a rotating schedule.
Yes, and that is the main reason sessions are held online. Scheduling flexes around your rotation, and text coaching support between sessions means you are not stuck waiting a full week with something heavy. Tell me your rotation and I will work with it.
Coaching is held online, which keeps it open to nurses anywhere in the United States. Sessions are private and one to one, and everything arrives digitally, including your personal assessment, reflection exercises, and your growth plan. You need a quiet half hour and a connection.
Nurse burnout coaching is one of four focused paths. Many women see themselves in more than one, and the consultation call is where you sort out which door to walk through first.

Nobody should hand over money to find out whether a coach is right for them. So everyone starts the same way, with two full sessions at no cost. If it fits, we carry on. If it does not, you have lost nothing and you will know more than when you started.
