Coaching for Women

What coaching for women actually looks like

One program. Private one-to-one sessions, with text support in the gaps between them. What changes from woman to woman is the door you walk in through.

What does coaching with Restore & Rise involve?

One program, built around you: private one-to-one sessions, with text coaching support in the gaps between them. Every client moves through the same four movements, Reveal, Regulate, Restore, Rise.

It opens with two complimentary sessions, The Power of Conversation one and two, so you can decide whether to continue before any payment. Sessions are online. Faith integration is offered on request and never assumed.

One program, four ways in

Most coaching sites hand you a menu and let you guess. I would rather be plain about it. The Restore & Rise Coaching Program is a single guided experience, and every woman I work with moves through the same four movements: reveal, regulate, restore, rise.

What differs is where you are standing when you start. A mother running on empty and a nurse who dreads the drive in are not carrying the same weight, even when the work underneath is the same. So there are four pages below, written for four starting points. Read the one that sounds like your life.

If none of them fits neatly, that is common, and it is not a problem. Bring it to your first free session and we will work out which door makes sense.

Where women start

Four starting points, one method

Each page below covers who it is for, what the sessions work on, and the questions women ask before they book. Nothing on them contradicts anything here.

For women of faith

Christian Life Coaching

You believe God has more for your life, and the days keep passing anyway. Scripture, prayer, and calling sit at the centre of the work rather than at the edges of it.

For mothers

Coaching for Moms

You stopped being a person with a name and became the one who knows where everything is. No meal plans, no routines. The question is who you are when nobody needs anything.

For women in change

Life Transitions

A marriage ended, the last child left, or a role you thought you would keep is gone. Something closed, and the version of you that fit inside it closed with it.

For nurses

Nurse Burnout

Compassion fatigue, moral injury, and the drive home after a hard loss. I am a nurse of twenty-five years, so you will not spend three sessions explaining the job to me.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical care.

Talk it through with me

The method

Reveal. Regulate. Restore. Rise.

Real change does not arrive all at once. It arrives one intentional step at a time, and each of these movements rests on the one before it. We work through all four together.

I

Movement one

Reveal

Reveal what has been hidden. Become aware of the thoughts, beliefs, habits, and experiences keeping you stuck. Honest reflection is the foundation everything else is built on.

II

Movement two

Regulate

Regulate what has been overwhelming. Learn healthier ways to meet emotion, stress, and fear, so that a hard afternoon stops deciding how the rest of your week goes.

III

Movement three

Restore

Restore what has been weakened. Reconnect with your confidence, identity, strengths, and purpose, and rebuild trust in your own judgment after a long time outsourcing it.

IV

Movement four

Rise

Rise into who you were created to become. Move forward with clarity and courage, living with intention rather than reaction. This is the part that outlasts our time together.

What is included

Everything below comes with the program. There is no tiering and no upsell partway through.

  • 01Private one-to-one coaching sessionsOne to one, held online, and scheduled around your life.
  • 02Text coaching support between sessionsFor questions, accountability, and the weeks that go sideways. Messages are answered Monday to Friday, usually within twenty-four hours.
  • 03A personal growth planBuilt around your goals, your assessment, and the season of life you are actually in.
  • 04Individualised action stepsAgreed together at the end of each session, with accountability at the start of the next.
  • 05Reflection exercises and coaching toolsYours to keep and to use long after the program ends.
  • 06Faith integration, if you want itScripture, prayer, and biblical encouragement are available on request and tailored to your comfort level. They are offered, never assumed.

What tends to change

No promises about outcomes, because that would be dishonest. These are the shifts women most often name by the end.

  • iYou can name what has been running underneath your decisions.
  • iiA hard day stops setting the tone for the whole week.
  • iiiYou trust your own judgment again, rather than whoever sounds most certain.
  • ivLimiting beliefs get tested against reality instead of going unquestioned.
  • vYou have language for what you want, which makes asking for it possible.
  • viRest stops feeling like something you have to earn.

What this is not

Being clear about the edges of the work protects you, and it saves us both a wasted call.

Not therapy

Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. A therapist helps you heal what happened. Coaching helps you decide what happens next. Many women do both at once, and if something belongs in therapy I will say so plainly.

Not crisis support

Text coaching is for encouragement and accountability between sessions. It is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, please contact 911 or the emergency services in your area.

Not a guarantee

Coaching is collaborative. What you get out of it depends on your honesty and your willingness to act on what we agree. I will not promise you a specific outcome, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

Nurse and Coach

I have been a nurse for more than twenty-five years, which is a long time noticing what people carry and rarely mention. I was born and raised in Levelland, Texas, I have been married to Peter for seventeen years, and I am mom to Devyn and Bella and grandmother to two grandchildren, Leonidas and Caelix.

I built this practice around women who spend their days carrying everyone else and quietly wonder who is carrying them. Caring for people is not simply something I do well. It is my superpower.

The Power of Conversation

Your first two sessions cost nothing

Nobody should hand over money to find out whether a coach is right for them. So everyone starts the same way, with two full sessions at no cost. If it fits, we carry on. If it does not, you have lost nothing and you will know more than when you started.

  • Session oneThe Power of Conversation I. You talk, I listen. What is happening, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different.
  • Session twoThe Power of Conversation II. We look at what came up, name what is keeping you stuck, and map what this work could actually change.
  • ThenYou decide. Continue into the coaching program, or stop here. No follow-up pressure either way.

Next step

You care for everyone. Let someone care for you.

One conversation is enough to know whether this is right for you. Tell me where you are, and I will tell you honestly whether the program fits, or point you somewhere that suits you better.
